Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect for barbecue season

Finely chop the onion and garlic clove, mix the softened butter with the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and the onion-garlic mixture. Tip: Make it a day ahead so it’s more fragrant. Store in the refrigerator! Perfect on grilled meat or on bread rolls, baguettes, etc.
