Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tomatoes, cut into thin strips
- 400 g leek, cut into fine strips
- 400 g onion(s), cut into fine strips
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cubes vegetable stock, instant
- 400 ml water
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
very quick tomato soup
Finely slice the onions, leeks, and tomatoes using a V-slicer. First, fry the onions until crispy, then add the leeks, and finally the tomatoes and finely chopped garlic. Simmer briefly. Top up with water, add the vegetable stock cubes, and simmer briefly. Serve with white bread and herb butter.
