Tomato kefir with chives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml kefir
  • 400 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp chives
  • some garlic powder
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • Basil for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend kefir, pureed tomatoes, lemon juice, and chives thoroughly in a blender. Season with garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with cherry tomatoes and basil.
