Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
  • 40 ml honey
  • 20 ml vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

No sugar and no cooking, ready to serve in 5 minutes

Mix the tomato paste with honey, vinegar, water, and salt. Season to taste with pepper, honey, or salt. If you like it spicy, you can also add chili powder. The ketchup doesn’t need to be cooked and is ready to serve in 5 minutes.
