Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kg tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Dice the onions. Place them in a bowl with the quartered tomatoes. Mix a dressing with salt, pepper, and a little oil. Mix with the tomatoes and let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
