Tomato Salad with Pickles
The perfect tomato salad with pickles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 5 Gherkins
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Mustard medium hot
- Salt pepper
- Sugar
- Grated Morzarella
- Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces, cut 1 onion into small pieces, cut 5-6 smaller pickles into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and a small pinch of sugar, then add two to three teaspoons of medium-hot mustard and a little olive oil and mix everything well. Finally, add some parsley to decorate and sprinkle the Morzarelle on top of the salad. I take Morzarelle out of the bag (refrigerated shelf) and the salad should steep for about an hour.
