Tomato Salad with Morzarella

The perfect tomato salad with morzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Tomatoes
  • 1 red, big Onion
  • Morzarella
  • Basil
  • Chives / parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Dice onions, dice tomatoes. Salt and pepper. Stir in a little oil. Chop the fresh basil. I had freshly frozen chives and parsley, go very well with them. Chop the mozzarella and mix everything together. Season to taste, possibly adding a pinch of sugar. If you like, you can also add a spoonful of honey. (I also added lemon oil because it tastes very fruity, but it’s a matter of taste)
