Tomato Salad with Onions and Prawns

  • 1000 g Cherry tomatoes panicles
  • 100 g Prawn fresh
  • 3 piece Shallots
  • 125 Milliliters Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard extra hot
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Hot pepper
  • 1 pinch Dried thyme
  • 20 g Tomato paste
  • 25 Milliliters Balsamic vinegar
  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut the onions into slices and fry them briefly in the pan with the prawns so that the prawns turn lightly brown and the onions turn glassy. Then add to the tomatoes in the bowl
  3. Mix the vinegar, oil, mustard, tomato paste and spices together in a shaker. And at the end of the day, add it to the bowl. Stir everything again and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then stir again and serve.
