Tomato sauce with melted cheese and cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s), peeled
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, peeled and pressed
  • Basil, fresh leaves
  • some pizza seasoning
  • 250 g processed cheese, cream flavor
  • 200 ml cream or milk to taste
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

…milk can also be used instead of cream

Pour tomato paste into a pot. Add water until a creamy sauce forms. Then add the whole onion (this only adds flavor) and the garlic. Simmer over medium heat. Then add all the spices. Finally, add the processed cheese and cream or milk. Let it simmer for a while, and you’re done. This sauce isn’t just good with pasta (you can also add fried minced meat), it can also be eaten with pizza, or you can add salmon strips to the sauce.
