Ingredients
- 2 Cans Tuna in its own juice
- 1 packet Sieved tomatoes
- 1 Small onion
- 5 Medium tomatoes
- 1 packet Processed cheese
- 1 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Oil
Instructions
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes, fry in a little oil. Add the tomatoes and simmer at the lowest temperature. Blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin and cut into pieces, add the tomato puree.
- Add water for pasta, when it is boiling add pasta. Add the tuna pieces to the sauce one at a time. Stir well and simmer for about 2-4 minutes.
- Then add the creme fraiche and the processed cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar and bring to the boil briefly. Strain the pasta, serve with sauce
