Pasta with Tomato – Tuna – Cheese Sauce

The perfect pasta with tomato – tuna – cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Cans Tuna in its own juice
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 1 Small onion
  • 5 Medium tomatoes
  • 1 packet Processed cheese
  • 1 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes, fry in a little oil. Add the tomatoes and simmer at the lowest temperature. Blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin and cut into pieces, add the tomato puree.
  2. Add water for pasta, when it is boiling add pasta. Add the tuna pieces to the sauce one at a time. Stir well and simmer for about 2-4 minutes.
  3. Then add the creme fraiche and the processed cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar and bring to the boil briefly. Strain the pasta, serve with sauce
