Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- Vinegar
- oil
- pepper
- Salt (seasoning salt)
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the tomatoes, slice or dice them, and place them in a bowl. Add the canned tuna (I use oil-canned tuna and drain the oil with it). Finely dice the mozzarella and add it. Season with pepper and seasoned salt (or spices of your choice). Add the vinegar (and a little more oil, if desired). Dice the onion and add it.
