Tomatoes with Juicy Tuna Mushroom Filling

- 4 Vegetable tomatoes
- 400 g Finely chopped mushrooms
- 2 Cans Tuna
- 125 gr Mozzarella
- 100 g Black olives
- 1 cups Cream / sour cream
- Salt and pepper as required
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Wash the tomatoes and cut off the lid. Remove the inside of the tomatoes and finely chop except for the stems in the middle.
- Wash and finely chop the mushrooms as well.
- Drain the tuna and place in a bowl with the mushrooms, the tomato pulp and the finely chopped olives and mozzarella.
- Mix well with the sour cream and spices.
