Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g Mett (meat sausage)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- some salt
- some pepper
- 6 tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley
- n. B. Spice(s), Mediterranean
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Brown the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, add the sliced onions, and fry vigorously to taste. Quarter the tomatoes and add them. Let everything simmer slightly, then finely grate the feta cheese and add it after a few minutes. Wait until it has melted.
