Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp black tea
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar, more to taste
  • 2 small espressos, ready prepared
  • 400 ml milk
  • Tonka bean abrasion

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Boil the tea in a tea strainer with water and simmer gently for seven minutes. This allows the tea to infuse thoroughly. If you don’t want the drink to be too strong, remove the tea strainer at this point. Add the sugar, espresso, and milk and let it steep with the tonka bean zest without boiling for another five minutes. Remove the strainer and serve the drink warm in cups.
