fruity sheet cake

Bake a sheet cake as desired. I like to use one like the one for Nutella slices. But you can also use a light one. I’m only writing the filling here, as there are so many different types of dough available here in the database, and everyone probably already has their own favorite recipe. Filling: Mix the curd cheese until smooth, add the sugar, and mix well again. Stir in the yogurt and mix. Fold in the diced peaches. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and dissolve it in a little peach juice. Stir the gelatin into the yogurt mixture. Reduce the amount of sugar if necessary; I always do this according to taste. It may be too sweet for some, but not for others. Spread the mixture onto the baked, cooled cake mixture and let it set in the refrigerator. Decorate each piece with chocolate ornaments, if desired. You can also make all of this in a cake form.
