Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g fresh tortellini with ricotta or meat filling
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 cup of cream
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
- chives
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 200 g Parmesan, grated

Cook the tortellini in salted water for 2 minutes and drain well. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (top and bottom heat). Place the peas and cream in a bowl and then puree. Season generously with salt and pepper, parsley, and chives. Place the tortellini in a baking dish. Pour the pea mixture over the tortellini, covering them evenly. Spread the sliced mozzarella evenly over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese has formed a golden brown crust, approximately 25-30 minutes.
