quick, easy and delicious

Dice the ham and fry in a little fat, until nice and crispy. Meanwhile, put the passata and cream in a saucepan, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs of your choice, and bring to a boil. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Reduce the heat to the sauce, add the crème fraîche, and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the ham, tomatoes, and tortellini to the pan. We used pre-cooked tortellini, so if you’re using uncooked tortellini, cook them according to the package instructions. Cover the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally and seasoning again if desired. Serve in deep plates. Tip: If you like, you can also add onions and/or garlic.
