Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of dry tortellini with cheese filling, approx. 250 g
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

vegetarian, quick and delicious

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Finely dice the bell pepper, gherkins, and onion and mix together in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt together to make a dressing and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix the cooked and slightly cooled tortellini, vegetables, and dressing together. Refrigerate for several hours. Season again before serving. Perfect for grilling.
