Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g tortellini
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- ½ jar mayonnaise, approx. 100 – 150 g
- ½ jar of tomato ketchup approx. 100 – 150 g
- 1 cube of stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Add the stock cube and tortellini to boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the tortellini thoroughly and place them in a bowl. Add the tuna. In a glass of water (the size of a mustard jar), divide the mayonnaise and ketchup equally between the two and add to the bowl. Finally, stir to combine. Delicious both hot and cold.
