Tortellini with cheese and pesto sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp green pesto
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Combine the cream cheese, milk, and broth in a pan, heat, and stir to combine. Add the pesto and simmer. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Finally, add the tortellini to the sauce and stir briefly again.
