Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of sparkling mineral water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mug cakes – quick and delicious

Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and mix until a batter forms. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the cake is golden brown. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, whip the sweet cream until stiff peaks form, then add the sour cream and stir in. Spread this mixture over the cake and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Tip: If you like, you can use cocoa powder instead of cinnamon and sugar, or mix the cream mixture with quench.
