Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g beans, white, from the can (Canellini)
  • 400 g tuna in oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Empty the beans from the can into a sieve and rinse under cold water. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper well. Add the beans, onion, and parsley and mix well. Chop the tuna well and fold it into the beans. Let it marinate for a few hours before serving.
