Toughened Rice Salad!
The perfect toughened rice salad! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Long grain rice with wild rice
- 1 glass Gypsy sauce / 250g
- 1 glass Salsa sauce / 250g
- 1 glass Ajvar, spicy. Who also likes mild! / 300g
- 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat / 200g
- 1 glass Mayonnaise, 500g. I took light!
- 1 Splash Mineral water
- 1 Sip Pickle brew
- 1 Kg Frozen vegetables of your choice
- 200 g Pickles in cubes
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool! Cook frozen vegetables according to the instructions on the packet! Cool off too!
- Make a salad dressing from gypsy sauce, salsa sauce, ajvar, sour cream, majo, strudel and cucumber sauce! Possibly add some cucumber water! Depending on your taste!
- Now fold the rice, vegetables and cucumber cubes into the salad sauce! Possibly season again!
