- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 150 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs dried
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Cod fillet
- Fresh dill
- 200 g Brown rice
- Clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the paprika and garlic. Add tomatoes and spinach. Mix the broth with tomato paste and herbs and also add. Let everything stew for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the fish into pieces about 2 cm in size and stick them alternately on skewers. Place the skewers on the vegetables and continue to cook covered for about 8 minutes. Cook the rice at the same time. Arrange everything on preheated plates and decorate with dill flags.
