Triple chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil, or 90 g melted butter
  • 280 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate (chocolate drops) or chopped dark chocolate
  • 50 g chocolate, (chocolate drops) white, or chopped white chocolate
  • 50 g chocolate (chocolate drops), brown, or chopped brown chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 250 g sour cream, sour cream or quark also works
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and delicious

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and chocolate chips. Lightly beat the eggs in a mixing bowl or bowl. Stir in the sour cream, sunflower oil, and vanilla sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix briefly (do not overmix). Spoon the batter into the muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the muffins have risen and are golden brown. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Serve warm or let them cool completely on a wire rack.
