Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 5 tsp horseradish (grated horseradish)
- 3 tsp horseradish
- 150 g yogurt
- some sea salt
- some black pepper, freshly ground
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Smoked trout spread
Cut the trout into small pieces with a fork, removing any bones. Stir in the yogurt and season with grated horseradish and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.
