Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g trout fillet(s), smoked
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber(s) (pickle)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ stalk(s) leek
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- lemon juice
- Salt
- Sugar
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the fillets and dice the eggs, apple, and pickle. Finely dice the onion. Mix all ingredients except the fish. Make the marinade from mayo, yogurt, spices, and herbs and mix. Add the fish and mix gently. Let the salad marinate well. A simple but delicious salad.
