Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (Trulli pasta)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar mango chutney
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 small jar of soy sauce (shot glass)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Drain and place in a salad bowl. In the meantime, clean and dice the bell peppers. Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Drain the corn. Mix everything together with the noodles in the bowl. Then stir in the Miracle Whip, mango chutney, and the shot glass full of soy sauce. Finally, season to taste with curry powder and Chinese spice.
