Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 ml yogurt
- 75 g quark
- ½ tbsp oil (olive oil)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the cucumber and coarsely grate it into a bowl. Squeeze out the cucumber juice. Peel the garlic cloves, press them through a garlic press, and add them to the salad. Blend the yogurt with the quark and olive oil until creamy. Combine with the cucumber mixture. Season the tzatziki with salt and pepper. Divide among plates and garnish with olives and cucumber slices.
