Tuna gnocchi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 point Gnocchi
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • Milk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly wine, white
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, add the gnocchi. Then finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil. Drain the tuna and add it. Sauté briefly and deglaze with cream. If desired, add a splash of white wine; we’ve also tried cognac. Add a little more milk and bring to a boil. Then thicken with tomato paste and season with salt and pepper, and chili powder if desired. Add the finished gnocchi and let it simmer for 5 minutes in a covered pan without heat. Serve with fresh baguette.
