Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g sugar
  • 80 g jam (strawberry jam)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 drops flavoring (vanilla)
  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Fresh strawberries for garnishing
  • Chocolate, for garnishing
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Add the sugar and stir until almost dissolved. Stir in the strawberry jam and remove from the heat. Stir in the eggs, salt, and flavoring. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Grease a 20 cm square baking pan and line the bottom with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C. Let cool, cut into 16 squares, and garnish with chocolate and strawberries, if desired. This recipe can also be adapted with other fruits and jams.
