Tuna pizza base

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 80 g cream cheese, light
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Suitable for SIS, low carb, with lots of protein

Mix the eggs with the drained tuna and the cream cheese to form a sticky, viscous mixture. Now place the dough in the shape of a pizza on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make a pizza sauce from the chopped tomatoes and spices. After 15 minutes, remove the dough from the oven and pour the tomato sauce on top. Now top the pizza with various ingredients as desired and bake again at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes. The base with the sauce has the following values: 10g fat, 9g carbohydrates and a whopping 57g protein. Of course, any individual toppings must be taken into account here.
