Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 75 g bacon (cat fat), lean
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 m.-large onion(s), red
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 handful of chives, fresh or dried
- 1 tsp lovage, dried
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the garlic clove and onions. Sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the bacon and fry until tender. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini, trim the stalk, quarter it lengthwise, and then cut into thin slices. Add these to the bacon and cook until al dente. Add the chives, lovage, and pepper.
