Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ jar capers
  • Parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and spread them out on a plate. Slice the onions and place them on top of the tomatoes. Drain the tuna and spread it over the tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle the capers evenly over the fish. Marinade: Mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, 3 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, and a little parsley in a cup. Finally, spread the marinade evenly over the tuna. Let it sit for a while, and then it’s done. It’s perfect for eating or as a sandwich topping.
