Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small cans of corn
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 m.-large cucumber(s), from the jar
  • some cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Drain the corn and tuna and place them in a bowl. Dice the onion and cucumber. Top with a little cucumber juice, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate.
