  • For the salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic white
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 2 Canned tuna drained in oil
  • 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce head
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 5 Mushrooms brown
  1. Open the canned tuna and allow to drain, collecting some tuna oil for the salad dressing. Hard boil 4 eggs. Chop the iceberg lettuce, wash and dry. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, cut the tomatoes in half, clean the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the quenched and cooled eggs and cut into eighths. Prepare a salad dressing using mustard, olive oil, a little tuna oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Divide the salad ingredients on two plates and pour the dressing over them. There was also homemade ciabatta bread.
