Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp herbs, frozen or fresh, or 1 tsp green pesto
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp mustard
Instructions

easy and fast
Finely slice the spring onion. Roughly chop the capers. Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add the spring onion and capers. Roughly shred the tuna and add it as well. Mix everything together. Season to taste with mustard, pepper, salt, and herbs or pesto.
