Tuna salad with remoulade

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 6 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 3 gherkins
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 liter of remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Place the tuna in a bowl and shred it. Chop the ham, cucumber, eggs, and bell peppers into small pieces and add them to the bowl one at a time. Add the corn. Stir in the remoulade sauce and a little of the cucumber juice. Drain the pasta and let it cool. Gradually add the tuna to the bowl, mixing well every now and then.
