Tuna salad without mayonnaise

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 cans of tuna in its own juice, 150 g drained weight each
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 7 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cucumber(s) or snake cucumber
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp marinade (teriyaki marinade)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onions and hard-boiled eggs. Grate the cucumber. Mix the tuna and its juice with the other ingredients and season to taste with the listed spices, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, and marinade. These instructions are approximate, as I always season to taste. The salad can be served as a side dish for a barbecue or as a spread on bread or rolls.
