Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tuna fillet
  • 1 small jar of capers, unsalted
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

In case you need to do it quickly and look professional

Cut raw tuna fillet into small cubes (approx. 7×7 mm) and then toss in a bowl with lemon juice, a generous amount of olive oil, and the capers. Season with salt and pepper. Press the mixture into small molds and turn out onto a small plate. Garnish with a little olive oil and capers and serve with bruschetta or slices of white bread. This recipe is a classic from Italian cuisine and is called “Tonno con capperi.”
