Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast, diced
- 1 can/n peach(s)
- 2 onions
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 3 tsp curry
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp chives, dried powder
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- oregano
- Parsley, powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into 3-4cm cubes and fry in a little oil. Dice the onions and fry them with the onions. Collect the peach juice in a bowl and slice the peaches. Then add it to the turkey breast. Deglaze with 200ml of sweet cream and add the spices. Let it simmer gently for about 20 minutes. If it gets too thick, thin it with the peach juice. You can also increase the amount of curry if you like. Rice or noodles go well with it.
