Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ liter broth
- 1 pack of peas, frozen
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the turkey into bite-sized cubes. Brown the meat and diced onion in hot oil. Add salt, pepper, and curry powder, and stir well. Pour in the meat broth and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the peas and the cleaned, sliced mushrooms. Stir the crème fraîche into the curry and season to taste. Side dishes: rice or herb rice, salad.
