Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Crush the garlic. Mix everything together and season. Tastes great with baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, or simply as a dip.
