Caraway Seeds with Beef Mince

- 200 g Organic minced meat
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 tbsp Coconut fat / coconut oil
- Salt and pepper a.d.M.
- 1 half White cabbage
- 2 tbsp Caraway seed
- 2 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 400 ml Water
- Set the sliced onion in coconut oil or coconut oil, then crumble the minced meat into it, season with salt, pepper and fry a little.
- In the meantime, cut the white cabbage into small pieces and add, season again if necessary, stew everything for a few minutes, now add the caraway seeds and Pul Biber, fill up with the water and stew with the lid closed for about 20 – 30 minutes.
