Turkey Mince Steak with Chillies

Basic mass:

  • 400 g Turkey breast minced meat
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 piece Onion, finely chopped
  • 20 g Paprika, chopped
  • 20 g Cherry tomato, chopped
  • 2 Stems Chopped parsley
  • 5 piece Basil leaves


  • 1 pinch Mill pepper
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic spice
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Thyme



  • The meat should be turned once through the meat grinder. With the chopped onions, bell peppers, herbs, egg, breadcrumbs and a little milk, the mass is created and kneaded well.

Minced steak:

  • Use a round cup, porcelain bowl or a patty former to shape the minced steak approx. 1.5 cm thick and turn it flat in a greased pan. You should definitely get 4 patties like this. Or shape the rest into smaller meatballs or balls. Then fry the steaks in the pan until they are lightly brown.


  • As a snack, my suggestion is with mustard, fried apple slices, cranberries and rapunzel salad.
