Ingredients
Basic mass:
- 400 g Turkey breast minced meat
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 piece Onion, finely chopped
- 20 g Paprika, chopped
- 20 g Cherry tomato, chopped
- 2 Stems Chopped parsley
- 5 piece Basil leaves
Spices:
- 1 pinch Mill pepper
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Garlic spice
- 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Thyme
Instructions
Preparation:
- The meat should be turned once through the meat grinder. With the chopped onions, bell peppers, herbs, egg, breadcrumbs and a little milk, the mass is created and kneaded well.
Minced steak:
- Use a round cup, porcelain bowl or a patty former to shape the minced steak approx. 1.5 cm thick and turn it flat in a greased pan. You should definitely get 4 patties like this. Or shape the rest into smaller meatballs or balls. Then fry the steaks in the pan until they are lightly brown.
Use:
- As a snack, my suggestion is with mustard, fried apple slices, cranberries and rapunzel salad.
