Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 500 g Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion, cut in half and chop in a mixing bowl for 3 seconds on speed 5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry for 3 minutes at 100 degrees / speed In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut into fine slices. Put the stock in the mixing bowl, fill the potatoes in the cooking basket and hang in the Thermomix.
  • Cook for 30 minutes on Varoma level 1. Then put the potatoes in a bowl and let them cool down. Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to the remaining broth in the mixing bowl and stir briefly for 4 seconds on speed 3. Pour the stock over the potatoes and let them steep.
  • I usually add diced pickles to the salad.
