Turkey rice pan with mushrooms and broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey meat, shredded, or chicken shreds
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bag of rice
  • 1 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • 100 ml broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the turkey strips in a pan. Add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms to the pan with the turkey and cook briefly. Add the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and broth and let melt. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Then stir in the rice and broccoli.
