Baked chicken kebab

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chicken (chicken kebab), frozen
  • 1 can of mushrooms, 1st choice
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Slice the onion into rings and halve the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onions and meat until golden brown, then add the mushrooms. Meanwhile, combine the milk and cream with the broth. Transfer the meat mixture to an ungreased casserole dish, pour the cream and broth sauce over the meat, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a convection oven at 170°C for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, flatbread, or baguette. If desired, you can also add canned peppers or corn.
