Turkey schnitzel topped with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 2 onions
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 processed cheese corner
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper, and curry powder, coat in flour, and brown. Dice the ham and onions and brown them as well. Set the schnitzel and the onion-ham mixture aside. Bring the cream to a boil, add the processed cheese, and stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, add the turkey schnitzel, and spread the onion-ham mixture on top. Top with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius.
