simple and delicious!

Wash the vegetables. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips, dice the tomatoes, and half a cucumber. Finely slice the red or white cabbage, depending on your taste, and set all the vegetables aside in a bowl. Wash the turkey, pat dry, and slice into thin strips. Slice the onions into thin rings and mince the garlic clove. Combine the olive oil, meat, onions, garlic, and gyro seasoning in a pan over high heat until crispy. Spread the tortillas with the natural yogurt and place the vegetables only in the center of the flatbread. Spread the turkey over the vegetables and, if desired, top with a little more natural yogurt. Then tightly roll the flatbread and wrap it in aluminum foil to hold it together and make it easier to eat. Cut it in half with a sharp knife and serve. Tip: If you like, you can add more seasoning to the natural yogurt or replace the cabbage wedges with homemade coleslaw. However, the meat is usually flavorful enough.
